Rainy Day Hair

In honor of todays weather I have decided to share some hair ideas for rainy days. Unless you're planning on staying inside all day, up is your best option, then you dont have to worry about limp locks. Nicole Richie shows that you can pull your hair up but still stay trendy and elegant. Part your hair down the middle and braid two braids on each side of your head. Secure with bobby pins. Twist into a low bun and bobby pin in place. Voila!

If braids are too tricky for you, copy Olivia Palermo and part your hair down the middle and sweep into a neck-grazing bun. Effortless and chic!

The easiest and most fool-proof rainy day hair is a slicked back pony tail. Keep it high gloss with some Bumble and bumble Defrizz serum or Bb. Shine Spray. Keep it super simple with a hair band that matches your hair color. Angelina is a perfect example.

Lauren Conrad added a little volume and pulled out a few little pieces around her face.

If a high ponytail is too much for you try pulling it down at your nape. Wrap a little bit of your hair around the ponytail, hairspray and secure with a bobby pin.

Another fun and flirty option is to braid your ponytail like Kourtney Kardashian.

What's your favorite rainy day 'do?
